Is EasySwatch really free?
Yes. EasySwatch Free includes the full visual palette-planning workspace and stores one current palette in your browser. You can create or clone another palette whenever you like, but doing so replaces the previous Free palette.
Can I use EasySwatch on more than one device. What devices are those?
You can use the Free version on as many devices as you like but they won’t share data with one another. The Pro version stores your data in the cloud so your data is available everywhere the internet is available.
EasySwatch is optimized to work on the bigger screens of tablets and computers. It will run on a phone in landscape but it won’t be a great experience. That could be handy, though, if you are standing in an art supply store wondering if you own a particular paint or if the paint in your hand is similar to something you already own!
What does EasySwatch Pro add?
Pro adds multiple named palettes, actual-size swatch printing, palette sharing, Paint Master backup and synchronization, cloud storage and cross-device sync across all your tablets and computers. See more.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. EasySwatch Pro is a one-time purchase for the Pro features listed on the Free vs. Pro page. There is no recurring charge to keep that license active.
Separately priced future products, services, subscriptions, and add-ons are not included.
What does “introductory price” mean? What’s your refund policy?
The current $14.95 Pro price is intentionally low while EasySwatch grows and gathers feedback from early users. The price may increase or the offer may end at any time. A customer who purchases at $14.95 keeps that non-expiring Pro license, subject to the Terms & License.
