Is EasySwatch really free?
Can I use EasySwatch on more than one device. What devices are those?

Yes. EasySwatch Free includes the full visual palette-planning workspace and stores one current palette in your browser. You can create or clone another palette whenever you like, but doing so replaces the previous Free palette.
What does EasySwatch Pro add?
Do I need to pay for DropBox? I don’t need it for anything else.
Pro adds multiple named palettes, actual-size swatch printing, import/export, Paint Master backup and synchronization, Dropbox storage and cross-device sync across all your tablets and computers
Is Pro a subscription?
No. EasySwatch Pro is a one-time purchase for the Pro features listed on the Free vs. Pro page. There is no recurring charge to keep that license active.
Separately priced future products, services, subscriptions, and add-ons are not included.
What does “introductory price” mean? What’s your refund policy?
The current $9.95 Pro price is intentionally low while EasySwatch grows and gathers feedback from early users. The price may increase or the offer may end at any time. A customer who purchases at $9.95 keeps that non-expiring Pro license, subject to the Terms & License.

No. For Pro you will need DropBox but a free Dropbox Basic account provides more than ample space for EasySwatch files. Dropbox does not need to be installed on your computer if you’d rather not. We’ll just pull your files from the cloud in that case. We do this to keep your costs low (we don’t have to store all the user data) and it keeps you in charge of your data.
Where are my palettes stored?
The free version keeps the current palette in local browser storage. If your browser history is ever cleared, that and your favorites/haves on the paint list along with any changes or notes you made to that paint list will be lost. Think of the free version as a quick brainstorming tool for palette layouts. Pro saves named palettes, options, and Paint Master data in your Dropbox EasySwatch App Folder. EasySwatch does not store your palette files in an EasySwatch server, they are always under your control.
You can use the Free version on as many devices as you like but they won’t share data with one another. The Pro version stores your data in Dropbox so your data is available everywhere Dropbox and the internet is available.
EasySwatch is optimized to work on the bigger screens of tablets and computers. It will run on a phone in landscape but it won’t be a great experience. That could be handy, though, if you are standing in an art supply store wondering if you own a particular paint or if the paint in your hand is similar to something you already own!
