EasySwatch is operated by the partnership of Pamela and Dale Yocum, doing business as EasySwatch, Portland, Oregon.
Information We Collect
EasySwatch does not require user accounts and does not collect or store your palettes or other user-created data. Pro users may store files in Dropbox under their own account. You are responsible for maintaining your Dropbox account and backups.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store payment card numbers. Stripe collects information such as your name and email address in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Future Information Sharing
We may, in the future, share limited contact information (such as your name and email address) with carefully selected partners whose products or services we believe may be of interest to EasySwatch users. You may contact support@easyswatch.com at any time to request that your information not be shared.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Analytics to improve EasySwatch. These services may collect information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage statistics.
Browser Storage
EasySwatch uses browser local storage, cookies, and similar technologies where necessary for application functionality, including storing your free palette, preferences, and maintaining Dropbox authentication.
Third-Party Services
EasySwatch integrates with Dropbox and Stripe. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

EasySwatch is intended for users aged 13 and older.
