EasySwatch is operated by the partnership of Pamela and Dale Yocum, doing business as EasySwatch, Portland, Oregon.
Information We Collect
EasySwatch Free stores your active palette in your local browser storeage so we do not have access to that data. EasySwatch Pro stores as many palettes as you like in a secure cloud storage area operated by Cloudflare.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store payment card numbers. Stripe collects information such as your name and email address in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Information Sharing
We do not share your email or other information with others. We will not sell your email!
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Analytics to improve EasySwatch. These services may collect information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage statistics.
Browser Storage
EasySwatch uses browser local storage, cookies, and similar technologies where necessary for application functionality, including storing your free palette, preferences, and maintaining authentication.
Third-Party Services
EasySwatch integrates with Stripe and Cloudflare. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Children's Privacy
EasySwatch is intended for users aged 13 and older.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of EasySwatch after publication of an updated policy constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
